I am proud to be the father of a queer son! I have made my mistakes and missteps in affirming him and helping him accept himself. That said, the Dragon Dads have been like brothers to me and have been a consistent place for me to ask questions and share feelings when I haven’t had answers and needed direction. I am always touched at events we attend and honored to give proxy hugs to kids whose families may not be a safe place
