Application data is stored in a secure, organization-managed system with access limited to authorized Dragon Dads board members involved in the membership review process.

Submission of this application does not guarantee membership. Acceptance is based on the accuracy, honesty, and completeness of the information provided and alignment with the mission and safety standards of the Dragon Dads community.
Data Retention
Application information is retained only as long as necessary to complete the membership review process. After review, limited information provided by the applicant (such as name, general location, and contact details) may be retained for approved members to support community placement and communication. Other application information is not retained after the review process.
About You
Your responses help Dragon Dads ensure that we are providing resources, support, and education that are relevant to the needs of our members and their families. This information may also be used in aggregated form for internal planning, community development, and when applying for grants or funding to support new programs for Dragon Dads.
Community Profiles & Verification
To help protect the Dragon Dads community, applicants are asked to provide the profile names or links they currently use on community and social platforms. These may be reviewed by the membership committee as part of the vetting process.
